Soberton Film Club

A good film, a good meal and good company – that’s the philosophy behind the Soberton Film Club which meets on the second Thursday of alternate months in the new Church Room at St. Peter’s Church.

Tickets are £10, which includes a delicious supper. There is a limit of 28 tickets per evening  because of space, so early booking is essential.

Future screenings will be:-

Thursday 28/9/17 The Zookeepers Wife. A film about the Nazi occupation of Warsaw and how 2 zookeepers struggled to save jews from the ghetto. An excellent film (handicapped slightly by the English dialogue spoken wiz de foreign accent!)

Thursday 19/10/17 Lalaland. A musical love story with a lot of jazz in it.

Wednesday 13/12/17 The Viceroys House. The story of  the end of the British Raj in India.
