St Clair’s Meadow Draft Management Plan Published
Thank you to those of you who have sent your views and comments via this page to be considered by the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust (HIWWT) as it prepared its Draft Management Plan for the water meadows.
The Draft Plan is now complete and you can read it HERE
As announced previously there will a one month consultation during which the HIWWT invites you to comment on the proposals contained within the Draft Plan.

Your views and ideas will be forwarded to the HIWWT who will consider them when drawing up its plan for the meadow which it will present at a
Public Meeting in Soberton Village Hall
on Monday 26th March at 7.30pm.
There will also be an opportunity at this meeting to become a Friend of St Clair’s Meadow and to become a volunteer or member of the HIWWT.
If you visit St Clair’s Meadow you will notice that HIWWT have installed signs indicating that it is now in their ownership as a Nature Reserve and that there is no access to the southern end of the site. Visitors can access the northern half of the reserve.
